What We Do
ACCESSforALL offers business development services and staff training solutions that generate and refine new approaches to visitor services that are welcoming to all audiences, regardless of ability or background.
Across its services, AfA demystifies disabilities, providing introductory and foundational understandings of accessibility throughout each step of the guest experience. Going beyond compliance with federal regulations, ACCESSforALL’s strategies integrate best practices from the disability community itself, providing businesses with unique insights that encourage audience engagement.
AfA’s holistic approach to accessibility remediation equips businesses and their employees with the resources needed to meet the needs of guests with behavioral, cognitive, developmental, emotional, or physical disabilities. We work hand-in-hand with our clients to craft engaging environments and experiences that are inviting to all audiences.
ACCESSforALL takes a judgement-free, progress-oriented approach toward accessibility remediation. With a focus on facilitating steady advancement over immediate overhauls, AfA’s services establish realistic, attainable, and cost-effective goals for businesses and employees. Whether you are just starting out on your accessibility journey or have a history with providing disability accommodations, ACCESSforALL is happy to assist you in designing new and innovative solutions for accessible visitor services.

Our Approach
ACCESSforALL provides businesses and their employees with the opportunity and resources to identify and address any access barriers that may appear throughout the guest’s experience: before, during and after their visit. AfA’s business and professional development services address physical accessibility, navigating the needs of a neurodiverse public, accommodate sensory sensitivities, and identify opportunities to include the disability community in daily business activity.
Physical Accessibility.
Work with AfA to identify any physical barriers to access, improving your ability to meet the needs of guests with a physical disability.
Physical accessibility considers the needs of people who are blind, have low or impaired vision; are Deaf, Hard-of-Hearing, have low or impaired hearing; use mobility devices such as a cane, walker, or wheelchair; or have a physical disability such as arthritis, cerebral palsy, or muscular dystrophy.
Navigating Neurodiversity.
Work with AfA to develop the confidence and competency to meet the needs of a neurodiverse audience.
Navigating neurodiversity considers the best practices for working with individuals who have a behavioral, cognitive, developmental, or emotional disability including, but not limited to Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Autism Spectrum Disorder, anxiety disorders, Down Syndrome, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder.
Sensory Sensitivity.
Work with AfA to learn how to accommodate sensory sensitivities, creating flexible and friendly guest experiences.
Sensory sensitivity considers the needs of guests with Sensory Processing Disorder or whose disability makes them acutely responsive to varying sensory stimulation such as loud noises, bright lights, aggressive smells, cramped spaces, or low sensory environments.
Inclusion Opportunities.
Work with AfA to discover how to integrate the disability community into the fabric of your business, creating welcoming environments for all.
Inclusion Opportunities consider how people with disabilities may have historically faced barriers to participation or entry, and seek to provide easy-to-implement solutions that are invitational and engaging.
